Spring Break Crafternoon in the Learning Center: Faberge Eggs

- Location: Zahn Learning Center, Spurlock Museum, 600 S. Gregory St., Urbana, IL
- Cost: $3 per crafter
Learning Center visitors of nearly any age can decorate their own Faberge-inspired paper mache egg with embellishments including faux pearls/gems, paper butterflies or flowers, hot glitter glue, and paint. Style an egg to look like a real Faberge design, or create something original. Also view a huge nesting Martryoshka doll set and build an onion dome cathedral with our Haba blocks. $3 per crafter to cover materials; museum admission is free. Metered parking is typically available close to the museum for $1 an hour.
