Winter Tales

Join us for one of the Museum’s most popular annual events, a concert of American Indian tales, told during the winter months, the traditional time of telling. This year’s featured performer is award-winning storyteller and author Lloyd Arneach. An enrolled member of the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians, he has traveled the country telling the history of his people.
Winter Tales concerts are sponsored by an endowment from Reginald and Gladys Laubi and sponsored in part by the Illinois Arts Council, a state agency.
