Hands-on

Castle Quest Camp

The Spurlock Museum is pleased to offer Castle Quest, a hands-on summer enrichment program that blends science and history and focuses on the lifestyles and scientific ideas of Medieval Europe. Participants construct castles, catapults, water wheels, and armor and spend time in the Spurlock Museum’s Gallery of European Cultures. Camp staff will further supplement club activities with books, video, art projects, and artifact handling. Registration for the 3-day program ends Friday June 17, costs $90, and is open to children entering grades 3 - 7. Space is limited to 16 participants.

The Castle Quest registration form (Adobe PDF, 140kb) is available for download. Forms can also be printed and sent to you via standard mail, or register onsite at the Museum.
