This talk will be presented by Jennifer Kreder, Associate Professor of Law at Northern Kentucky University. Prior to entering academia, Professor Kreder was a Litigation Associate with Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy, LLP in New York, concentrating on Holocaust era inter-governmental negotiation and litigation issues, art disputes, and class actions. She has published extensively and has been invited to present talks on legal issues affecting the international art market in many domestic and foreign venues.
