The Odyssey Project, a college-level course in the humanities offered at no cost to people in the Champaign-Urbana community living below or slightly above the federal poverty level, begins its pilot year in the area with a public lecture and reception. Remarks about this initiative, introduction of the faculty, and a presentation by Dean Danielle Allen will highlight the event.
