Film: Hereditary (2018) (Ebert Center for Film Studies)

Join us for the Ebert Center screening of Ari Aster’s debut feature-length film Hereditary (2018). After the death of her mother, Annie Graham (Toni Collette) and her family begin to be tormented by supernatural occurrences in and around their home. Falling deeper into the throes of grief, this family tragedy continues to spiral into one of the most notable horror films of the 2010s. This film announced Aster as a directorial force to be reckoned with, and should be experienced with the biggest audience possible!

Introduced by MACS Senior Lecturer Jonathan Knipp.
